Century OneWorld Seraya is in Devanahalli Tarabanahalli / Channahalli Village, Jala Hobli, Bangalore North Taluk, with PIN 562157. The 25-acre Phase 3 is located on the south-bound segment of NH-44 (Bellary Road) just before the Devanahalli Toll Plaza, next to the Ferrari showroom, which is a landmark for traffic entering from the city. Every kilometre of distance from the toll plaza compresses the daily commute, the airport drive and the metro feed-in time.

This address has Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the township already being built. Phase 3 completes the footprint as plotted within the same 135 acre Century OneWorld township boundaries. The locality offers three options for buyers including a plotted development near Bangalore airport for end-users, an investment address on the corridor for HNIs and a Devanahalli plot for an NRI who want to build a villa on a return cycle.

Connectivity Backbone

Three assets are dominating the connectivity story. These are NH-44 itself, the under-construction Blue Line metro and the road grid around the Devanahalli toll plaza.

NH-44 (Bellary Road) is one of the busiest national highways in India. The highway from the project gate links signal-free to Hebbal in around 20-25 minutes off-peak and subsequently via the elevated airport expressway non-stop to Kempegowda International Airport (KIA). NH-44 passes through Yelahanka & core business district, south-bound. The highway continues north past the toll towards Chikkaballapur and Andhra Pradesh.

The next major transit asset to the address is the Blue Line metro (Phase 2B) being built by BMRCL. The line would stretch over 37 km and consist of 17 stations along the airport corridor – KR Pura to Hebbal to KIA Terminal 2. It is expected to be fully operational by December 2027.
